How much should i sell my 480 for?

I'm thinking a competitive price would be around $250-260 enough under its 570 competitor to make it sellable. there are very few on the market and its pretty hard to find a good used price. its been slightly underclocked most of the time I had it, only overclocked for games like crysis 2 and metro and benchmarks. never over heated it, alway self controlled fan with afterburner

I think you are a bit optimistic, perhaps $200-$250.

Go to ebay, search for a GTX480 used, similar to yours.
Then look at completed auctions and you will see, in green, what such cards actually sold for.

I payed about $235 for it about 6 months ago on Amazon. guess I wont be losing any money on it then. going to sell while its one series behind and wait for kepler and probably get a 670.

Around $200 and people will bight. No more than $235 or your chances for a quick sale won't be as great. If you are selling on amazon there is a fee like eBay(scam).

My opinion:
Sellers like ebay and amazon provide a worthwhile service. There is nothing fraudulent about it; I would not call it a scam.
