Hello there,

I'm about to buy this 'beast'

i7 INTEL 2700K
ASUS P8Z68-V GEN3
500GB SATA 6 Gbs, 7200RPM
32GB DDR3 1600MHZ HYPER-X RAM, KINGSTON
800W CORSAIR 80+ SLI
HD 7950


Keep in mind that I want to OC' the GFX, and maybe in the future go for a SLI solution.
I might also OC the CPU when that time comes.

Will this work?

I've heard that the more RAM the harder the CPU is to OC?

Well, this is also for gaming. I'm working as a Motion Graphic Designer therefore I'm working in heavy programs such as Cinema4d (3d), Adobe After Effects, and all Adobe in general. However, I also love gaming - preferable on max settings :)

Are you sure?
The i7 2700K has hyperthreading which technically gives it 8 cores. Besides After Effects can use multi cores and a really high amount of RAM :) 

What about the rest of the spec, is there any bottleneck?
