Asus 570 DirectCUII crashing in games

Hi everybody.

Everytime I play a game in DX10/11 mode (Saints Row the Third, Deus Ex:HR and Skyrim to name a few) the game crashes to desktop and I get a message saying the drivers have failed.

I tried re-downloading the latest drivers but no dice. I was also told that the voltage is too low on some factory oc'd cards so I tried bumping it up from 1.0250v to 1.038v and that stopped games crashing but now furmark crashes.

Can you guys help?

Asus P8Z68 Pro
8gb Ram
120gb OCZ SSD
1tb Samsung F3
Corsair HX750

The driver is the issue as the error has indicated.
Use driver sweeper here is the download
http://downloads.guru3d.com/Guru3D---Driver-Sweeper-(Setup)_d1655.html
run it and resart your system
download new drivers from the NV website
restart PC then test it out.

It lasted a little longer this time. Roughly 30 mins before crashing to desktop and giving me the driver has stopped responding and Saints Row the Third has stopped working messages.
