Because you do not have a dedicated graphics card.

Go to bios setup and set video configuration from 128mb to 256mb.

The Intel GMA HD is an integrated less powerful graphics card meant for basic tasks (say OS rendering) but not powerful enough to play 3D games. You should either look at lowering the graphics settings (resolution/quality/anti-aliasing) within the game or buy a dedicated graphics card (Radeon/Geforce) - at least an entry level card.

you also dont meet the min ram for most game. most games want you to have 4g as a min for ram.

This... Intels onboard graphics are pretty weak, you need a dedicated graphics card to really do anything beyond browsing, watching DVDs or youtube videos.

Though I did prove this wrong when my 550ti went haywire. I had my HD3000 running at 1800mhz. Search for my hd 3000 thread somewhere :p
