I was wondering if anyone has been successful in making a custom quick launch
toolbar that is in the All Users profile? I have tried, but by default there
is no Internet Explorer\Quick Launch directory in the All Users profile. I
have tried creating my own, but it does not work. I would think that this
would be something that you would want to customize just like the start menu
or desktop, which both can be done in the All Users profile. Any help would
be greatly appreciated!
