Comp wont start with 6950

Before christmas I got a 6950, got everything working fine with it until lastnight I was playing swtor and my screen went black, I could hear the same ingame sound looping over and over again so I restarted and it wouldn't start up completely. Everything inside the case lights up seemingly normally, my gpu's fans however were much louder as if they were running at 100%. I get two long beeps from my mobo and the screen remains black. I tried taking out my 6950 and putting my old 5850 back in and it works fine now but goes back to the same problems if I switch it back to the 6950. This ever happen? should I just rma the card?

Yes it seems like you have a bad Video card I would RMA it ASAP.

what driver u use to install your card? mine suck until now sends no signal to my monitor. 6950 is really a bad card. any tips on how to install the correct way?

the manual for your mobo should list error beeps, look it up what the 2 long beeps mean...
