Watercooling Question

Hey guys,
I was wondering if it matters which way water runs through my CPU Waterblock.
So at the moment its going into the left side and out the right. Would it mater if i ran it through the right to left.
The only reason i want it from right to left is my loop is changing.
It was originally RES>PUMP>RAD>CPU>GPU>RAD>RES. Now I would like it to be RES>PUMP>CPU>RAD>GPU>RAD>RES.
My Waterblock is an XSPC Rasa Black Acetal CPU Waterblock.

If you want the tubing reversed then flip the block, do not swap the ports over,
one is designed as input, the other is output,
the best flow through the block depends on it being hooked up correctly,
