Can't update adobe flash palyer

i get a notice on my desktop to update adobe flash player. when i do it it says u have to be a authorized user to do it. i am an authorized user on my computer. do u know how to fix this

Are you sure you're an authorized user? When it says this, it's mentioning a user with administrative rights on their system. Does your current account have administrative rights?
