I started reading that SLI does work on the Asus Sabertooth P67 mobo, that there were hundreds of issue that wouldnt let the SLI to be turned on? Will i have this issue? the article i was reading the kid wanted to sli some 460's so would my 560ti's not have the issue because its a newer card? PLease give me all the information you can. I would really like to hear that the sli will work.

Build:

Asus Sabertooth P67
16gb corsair vengeance
60gb ssd
360 gb hdd

your worrying too much.
and if there is to be a problem we wouldn't know until you get the hardware and set it up.
ASUS Saber just like every other board can have problems.
more than likely a BIOS update will straighten things out like it did with my SLi build previous to my current.

so get the hardware first then start thread ir continue this on if you have a problem or questions.
this is all hypothetical..

Bud i'd like to worry and ask questions before making a 500$ mistake

It does not require anywhere near that to run GTX560Ti's in SLi.

If he doesn't have a 3d monitor, or care about PhysX, this is probably the answer at present. Always better to get a level of perrormance from one card than two.
