How to disable the yellow shield wityh exclamtion point that is keeping me from

At home I get wifi i am not able to completyley connect to the internet I have a yellow shield with an exclamation point how to disable it

You don't want to disable the device, that will make it not work at all, you want to re-install the drivers for your wireless card. Download the drivers for your card model, install the drivers. If you don't have other issues (hardware or with Windows) should work.
