Hyper 212 evo question

hello i am looking at getting a better cpu cooler. i have the amd phenom x4 9950 with the stock cooler. my temps at the moment watching netflix and writing this is 43 C. now my room isnt the coolest but its not terrible. playing bf3 can get up to 56 C. wayy to hot for me. so my question is what kind of temps should i expect to get with this cooler? and is there any better solutons out there?

56c is not hot enough to be worried but you could get that Hyper 212 plus some good thermal paste (AS5 or Noctua stuff)and you should notice a difference. Also clean the dust off your case/fans and see what you can do regarding cable management

56 not too hot the max it can handle is 60 C. also while i have u im looking into gtting a new cpu. im on a tight budget. the bggest cpu my board can hold ( TA790GX 128m) is the phenom 2 x4 945. how much of an upgrade is that from my current cpu
