SAPPHIRE 100312-3L vs MSI R6950 Twin Frozr II Radeon HD 6950 2GB

Hello all, this is my first (of hopefully many) topic/posts on these forums.


Keeping this short and simple, my question is more towards the build "quality" of two similar GPUs. Which are:

-SAPPHIRE 100312-3L Radeon HD 6950 2GB - @$259.99

....I know that these GPUs have practically the same specs, but which brand is more reputable/reliable, are there any differences that I am overlooking, or does this even matter?

In my Point of View, I think MSI is a more reliable brand because they've been building quality stuff for a long time, and they don't do OEM supplying.
Sapphire does OEM supplying and "may" have cheaper components, but the overall quality of both brands are very good.
