Win 7 home security 2012 attack?

this thing pops up and says this program is infected with trojan-BNK.win32.keylogger.gen.
i have malwairebytes pro and avast free installed. how do i remove it and should i be concerned that these programs did not detect them. the other accounts on my computer dont have this message.

Download combofix from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/combofix, save on desktop, boot into safe mode and run program, when finished run malwarebytes .

Also after its fixed.... use some Anti Virus and Firewall that you PAY for...the free ones are junk, as you have just proved....

hi. i scanned with malwairebytes paid version in safe mode, full scan and it didnt find anything. funny thing is after i restarted my computer and went back to normal mode where i first noticed the popup, everything disappeard. i waited thirty minutes and didnt get another attack??? is this okay???

it detected two things from the temps folder which said trojan fake AV. i removed and restarted my computer.

Avast and MB are great tools, that's why it is run multiple times to ensure the clean up.

After u delete some infection, re-run the scan - full HDD in normal mode.
