How tro fit sound card to vento asus computor

My sound card has been working for about 18 months, so I thought I had better do something.


The card assembly is soldered in, and I have no idea what to really have to do.Should I take it to some one to get repaired, lots of money asked, or I am a mechanic have a good working knowledge of some electrical things.

Disbale the 'built-in' sound card in the bios and, as suggested, install an aftermarket soundcard.
