Need CPU/MB suggestion for basic HTPC

Budget Range: Minimum possible (need=capability).

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Internet browsing, music, Blu Ray movies.

Parts Not Required: All.

Country: U.S.

Parts Preferences: by brand or type: None.

Overclocking: No.

SLI or Crossfire: No.

Monitor Resolution: Unsure. 42" Plasma.

Additional Comments: Building for the wife to use as an HTPC on livingroom television. Web, Youtube, music, Blu Ray. No modern gaming (maybe Age of Empires 2 or Everquest rarely).

Components already purchased:

Case - Silverstone ML03B
SSD (for OS) - Crucial M4 64GB
HDD - Samsung 1TB
Ram - 4GB GSkill... either 1x4GB or 2x2GB depending on MB.
Optical drive - LG Blu Ray
PSU - Antec EA-380D
GPU - GeForce 6600GT pulled from old dust-collector. Would prefer not to use any GPU unless needed.
 
For HTPC and light gaming this is the best and cheap option.
