Upgrading to new mobo, but...

Ok, here's the deal. I want to upgrade my motherboard plus the CPU. I'm gonna keep my video card because it's fairly new (ATI HD4670 AGP). I want to know the best mobo out there that supports AGP cards and maybe, MAYBE ATA IDE Hard Drives. (Yes, I know, it's old, but at least it runs...decent.)

Looking into some Intel Core 2 Duos or maybe switch over to AMD CPUs.

Specs here : http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2305561

Just wondering, what may be the best build and then the best build for the money.

Oh yes, I forgot. I have an Intel Pentium Dual-Core SLA8X 2.2ghz cpu. So factor that in too.
