Hyper 212 120mm fan

hello,i have a coolermaster hyper 212 plus cpu cooler for my core I5 2500k,i would like to buy a quality 120mm fan that is quiet,the standard fan is quite noisey when the temps increase,it needs to be a 4pin fan to connect to the motherboard header so it can increase speed with temps,thanks in advance

how much of a difference to cpu temps would a new fan make? im getting about 75* running prime, at 4.7ghz with about 1.33v. would it make a huge difference? thanks
