Ok typing in caps wont make someone help you, and it makes it a tab bit harder to read.
Why do you want to upgrade that system, the 1090T isn't a bottleneck and upgrading to an i7 3770k would be worth it over your current CPU, its just not that much faster. To be honest, I would keep the current system that you got and wait for another I9 or whatever they might be working on, or wait for another AMD CPU like the Piledriver and see if that would be the Intel killer lol.
And your current GTX 590 is faster than the 7970, its even faster than the the 7970 in crossfire. Wait for the 7990 if they are working on 1, that should be faster then the GTX 590, the 590 is a hair slow than the 6990 in most benchmarks but isn't an upgrade, like I said, wait for the 7990. Or get the GTX 690 if your willing to spend the cash.
If you want to go all out, get the i7 3960x, much faster upgrade and it has a new socket LGA 2011 and is a true six core, unlike the 3770, but you would need a new board.
