SSD Tip?

Hello,
I'm following this guide to help me maintain my ssd but I don't know if disabling Superfetch is a good ideal since I paired it up with a 500GB Hardrive so for those who own an SSD, do you keep it on or off? I have hear that there is a way to keep it on but disable the automatic defragment it does every 3 days or so.

My SSD: OCZ Agility 3 running the latest 2.22 firmware.

i have superfetch enabled, it shouldnt matter?

and it's not really a good idea to defrag, i've done it a few times, it results in 1 very long boot... and no speedup
