Does Pro Evo 4 on Xbox Live support downloadable content? For example can
you download updated team sheets, kits etc?

no you cant, you can simply play players, thats about it

oh and no you cannot upload you master league side to play against your
opponent.

thats rubbish. there are xbox option files available at pesfan.com . You
need a maxdrive though. That will get your kits and teams up to date no
problem.

thats not the same as xbox live DLC though, which is what the OP was
asking about.
