3570 vs 3570k

I have been trying to find out would I be better to get the i5 3570 or the i5 3570k.

The only difference I've found is that the 3570 has intel hd2500 whereas the 3570k has hd4000.

I don't think that will change anything for me as I will be using an Asus GTX680 on this build,
so is it okay to save the $40 and get the 3570? I will be OCing to approximately 4.4-4.7

If you want to oc, get the k version because it is unlocked
