Hello, I have a Hp Pavilion Slimline s5220f Desktop computer with an Intel (R) G33/ G31express Chipset family Graphics card. I want to play Skyrim on my PC, but I get a Failed to Render message because of my graphics card. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in Advance!

Solution
Is this your PC?

You do not have any graphics card installed. You are using onboard graphics.

You can fix this by adding a discreet graphics card to your PC using the PCI-e slot on the motherboard itself.

Like this would be my suggestion :

Although your PSU is only a 200W and I would advise getting a more powerfull one of 400W and up.

It does look like both of the above will work in our current PC.

I beleive the PSU is not positioned horizontally but vertically. So it should be fine.

Nope looking at the Service manual it is a TFX PSU which means these would work -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007657+600014004&QksAutoSuggestion=&ShowDeactivatedMark=False&Configurator=&IsNodeId=1&Subcategory=58&description=&hisInDesc=&Ntk=&CFG=&SpeTabStoreType=&AdvancedSearch=1&srchInDesc=

out of those I would look at this one -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817103074

Just make sure to size the space that the PSU will go in before buying one. Although even with the new PSU your max will be 300W, but I think mose slim GPU's will be fine with a 300W PSU.

I would likely go with this as a GPU -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121397

seems to be the fastest of what is available for low profile use.

Well the best you can do in a low profile is a 6670 which is better than the GT 430, like this one

Seems like there are less of them than when it launched. A 6570 is also a good choice and some of them are even passively cooled. A good 300W TFX PSU should be all you need for those, but I wouldn't go with Sparkle. I say go for the FSP model instead.

Either way it should at least let you play around medium settings, just don't expect to play on max settings ^_^
