How to flash to bios from cd toshiba r100

Why do you want to flash the Bios, I can think of very few reasons to do it on that Laptop ?
You realise its risky and you could wreck your motherboard , which on a laptop usually means its uneconomical to do ..so you end up with a scrap laptop...
