I believe my graphics card, the ATI 5770, has downloaded some strange drivers. It now seems to have a problem with directx, beause when i play civilisation 5, on directx 9(i can play it on dx11), play team fortress 2 or change dungeon defenders to full screen mode the graphics card crashes.
I know its only the graphics cars because i was on skype when it happened and i could still chat.
he monitor becomes completly unresponsive, for instance i cannot even go onto the meu on the monitor, which would suggest the graphics card is sending a load of different strange signals.
Just to confirm, i ran Furmark on xtreme and although the fps was only about 10, it ran fine.
Any thoughts?
