Bug Check Code : 0x00000124: System_Service_Exception

Basically, a Windows Service is crashing, which points to either bad RAM or a buggy driver. Considering that its always giving this BSOD and not another memory related one, I'd suspect driver. Did you install anything when this started happening, or was the system more of less stable and it just started to happen?

In the meantime, I'd test RAM with memtest86, just to confirm thats not hte problem.

In addition to running Memtest I'd boot the machine in Safe Mode to load only core services and drivers. Uninstall any drivers that you've installed recently in case one of them is causing the issue. Sometimes Memtest won't pick up a faulty RAM module, so another option would be to test your system by taking out 1 stick at a time.

the system was running fine without the video card once i got the replacement card i inserted it and kept getting BSOD's
i installed the drivers it seemed like it was running fine until i restarted that's when i got the BSOD so i uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it but got the same thing.
ill run memtest and report back later
thanks.

Did you try another driver for the GPU? I think it was very like a GPU driver problem from the very beginning.

Is is happening if you play 3D games then afterward play GPU accelerated video? Or is there no order to the BSOD?

how would i get a different driver? i downloaded them from AMD. and i keep getting the error.
and its happening in no order i could just play a game and it freezes or just starting up the computer and it freezes.
