Is it possible for my mainboard to install any 3.60 GHz processor if yes, which.

945 chipset wont support much over 3ghz. using ddr2 ram is hurting you as well. probably time for an upgrade, especially if you are looking for 3.6+

then which 3.0 GHZ pocessor will be a better upgrade then of my present 1.80GHZ core two duo processor. A 3.0GHZ core two duo or A 3.0GHZ dual core or both?

Neither, the only 3ghz chip would be a pentium D but that would be going backwards. also 775 socket chips are expensive.
