as long as you have the correct slot for it and the correct power requirements for it, it will work fine.

You need to look at your power supply and see what the watts are and then you can post them here so we can see what it is and then say wether or not the video card you want will work with that power supply. All video cards require a certian level of power supply to run in your computer. If you can't see the watts of the power supply then post the model number of the computer and we can look it up.

If your power supply is 200w then you need to upgrade that to a better one and it's not a hard thing to do you would just have to disconnect everything and then reconnect the new one. If you have a camera take a picture of the inside before you remove anything and then you will have something to look at for a referance.

Please list the model numbers of either the power supply or the computer.

You can always call IBM and get them to tell you what the model numbers are for an upgraded power supply.

It will depend a lot on the graphics card that you want to get and what kind of computer it is. Is it a slimline case or a regular looking case.

It would be helpfull if you gave me the model number of the computer.

This has been really hard to come up with anything at all about your computer , if it is the slim model which I think it is you are not going to upgrade much at all. It looks like you have two pci slots only for upgrading and that means trying to find a pci graphics card. The modern current cards are pci-e and you don't have a slot on the motherboard for that. You would need to find a pci graphics card.
The power supply is only upgradeable to maybe 300 to 350w max. At this p[oint my advice would be to try to call the tech support of where you bought it from or take it to a local Pc repair shop and see if they can recomend anything since they have the advantage of actually looking at it which I can't even find a picture of it.
I'm sorry but I wish I could have been more help.

$44.99

If you look at this card you will see that it is a low profile video card which is what you need and it comes with a low profile bracket to replace the one it has on it so it will fit in your Pc. The card is also a pci card , the only thing I don't know is the power supply it needs to run it.

This page will list a lot of pci cards for you to look at and just remember that you have to have a low profile card and it has to come with a low profile bracket or you will have to get one.
