Corsair GS600

Hi guys,recently i got the new Corsair GS600 psu & saw something that i dont know is normal or not..So the thing is when there is no load or idle the +12V in HWmonitor & Aida64 is showing 12.08v..now when i putting ONLY the cpu in stress by System Stability Test in Aida64 the +12V drops to 11.98v or hops between 11.98v - 12.03v..Is this normal???&&& how much i can OC with stock cooling?See pic below

With stock cooling its not smart to OC. A stock AMD cooler is having trouble cooling my athlon II X3 not to mention how it cools a phenom II X4 955 probably sounds like a hairdryer when idle and like a drill when on load lol. I'd suggest getting a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 and then you can OC as much as the system is stable at certain clocks. And if you're OC-ing for gaming then don't do it, just get a new graphics card. If you want a mid range-high end then i'd suggest a Radeon HD 7850 or a 6870 or if you don't want to spend a lot or don't have money then either a 6770 or 7770.

thanks guys..also in corsair site in faqs its written that bios & software readings are not 100% accurate & range from 11.4v - 12.5v are perfectly normal..btw lazar_99 noise is not a factor for me so tell me how much i can go on stock without increasing the voltage...will 3.5ghz will be good?

3.4 or 3.5GHz i think would be stable.
