Diablotek DA Series PSDA600 600W ATX12V v2.2 Power Supply

Every thing is hooked up according to what the mother board says. But when I press the power button there is no response the power supply did in fact make all the fans twitch. But that was only once. I am worried that the problem is within the front panel but I am not 100% sure. Please help. Also everything's new. Will install windows 7 Ult when it actually turns on but at this point its not even powering on

More about wont power
  1. Double check to make sure all of the necessary power supply cords are pluged in.

    We all forget some times...:)
  2. Everything is hooked up but, when i press the power button the cpu fans, and the 2 gpu fans rotate like 1/8th of a revolution. But that only happened once now it wont :(
  3. This might sound stupid...but did you connect the pci express connectors to your gpus?
I'm assuming you did, but I want to double check.
  4. Check for a short somewhere. Could be shorting anywhere in the case, the motherboard standoffs, fan wires, etc.
  5. How would I check for a short? And now when i pressed the power button the led lit up and the fans rotated the same distance but they stopped and There is no display on my monitor though the HDMI
