FX 8120 cooling suggestion needed

I have a FX 8120 @ stock with manufacturer heatsink.
It is summer time now, and the temperature is rising in Poland and so is the cpu temperatures.
Idle it is around 38 to 42 C, playing bf3 it goes upto 61 to 65 C.

Need your opinion on after market cooling solution, at the moment on my mind is Corsair H60
Max budget USD 80 / GBP 51 , I can not go beyond this budget.

I have a low profile memory, but my case is 180mm, aercool, so I will have to measure it really good (from cpu), that if it can fit in or no.

It probably won't fit. The 612 is 6.4"/163mm in height.
Since your case isn't that wide, I guess the H60 seems like a good option.
Also check out the antec 620.
Both the H60 & 620 are quite similar & will perform similarly, so buy whichever you get cheaper.

h60 & 620 prices are very much similar here, so any brand you think specifically will be good over the other ?
I mean what should I buy Corsair or Antec ?

Both coolers are manufactured by the same company Asetek.
And both Corsair or Antec are good.
I'd choose the Antec 620, because I like it's looks(The cylindrical/circular block/pump & the rubber tubings) better than the h60
