Will all this work together... about to buy it.. been planing for a few weeks.. i don't want to end up missing something or something isn't compatible.

You may need a old AM3 cpu to update that Motherboards Bios to run with a FX 4100. I say may, some people on newegg said it worked right out of the box

this board will have to come with bios 0510 if you want to use the fx4100 the regular bios start 0205 and the latest is 0901 ,so if the board do not have the 0510 bios you will have to do what AlderonnX suggest you

yeah i know... i think ill take a chance, lots of new purchasers have gotten up to date boards that support it.

also RAM is supported right, well will work right with this set up.
