Hello,
My rig
Kingston hyperx 1GB x2
Ati5770 graphic card
Asus p5ql pro motherboard

My question is
is my graphic card not compatiable with my motherboard???

Yes, as long as have a free PCIe x16 slot and an adequate power supply, it will work.

my com just came back from a service shop
they told me my graphic card is not compatible with my motherboard
so now i really don't know what is going on with my com

Did the service shop tell you why it is "incompatible"? What make/model of power supply are you using?

the guy told me my graphic card is DDR5 and my motherboard is DDR2
and my power supply is OCZ700MXSP

lol, you are going to a very bad service shop! the GPU's RAM is GDDR5 and is totally irrelevant in regards to your motherboard.

The GPU memory and the motherboard/system have nothing to do with the other. Your tech has no idea what he is talking about. This GPU will absolutely work with your config.

That shop should close up doors NOW. for real, I used a 5770 on a core2 system with DDR2. It even had an older board then yours.

Video memory does NOT need to match motherboard memory.

After all, motherboards only go upto DDR3 :) 

As long as your power supply meets the requirements(AMD says 450, you can get by with less if it is a good quality unit), you are good to go.
