Replace that 212+ with a 212 EVO. It's $5 more and significantly better.
Get the 750W version of that PSU. It'll be slightly more efficient and cheaper too, and 680 SLI won't take more than 600W or so.
Go for the cheap HDD, or its 1tb version if you feel like you'll fill up 500gb.
Looks good otherwise. This is solid.

There shouldn't be any performance difference, IIRC when it comes to mechanical hard drives SATA 3 and 6 makes no difference, and they both have the same RPM.
