Hi everyone,
(Pics below)
I was looking for something to sell on eBay and I came across this AMD processor in one of my drawers.
All I have is the small box that the processor is in, I don't have the big fancy packaging...
According to this packaging, this is a Socket 754 processor but according to Wikipedia AND this website it is a Socket A/Socket 462 processor .
The packaging also states the "part number" which is SDA3300DKV4E . Wikipedia lists that part number as a Socket A version.
Is this a Socket 754 or a 462/A ?

Well, there IS a 754 version of the Sempron 3000+ if you look further down the Wiki page, but it would look like this

SDA3000AI02BX-N-unit.jpg

I'm guessing that whoever put that there got 3300+ confused with 3000+ or something.

Thanks for clearing that up . Unless anyone else would like to add to this thread the mods can mark this as Solved.

Ok, will do that when that option appears.
