I'm building a New FX 4100 3.8 ghz amd System with a 530 Mud psu for gaming I just want some thing to play Star wars, Mw3 and Wow. I see allot of cards for all different prices here is the one I'm looking to get

What well be good for a budget game that can run on Max settings on 1920''1080p I might Duel monitor Later on this summer

$145 after rebate is AMAZING value for such an excellent card.

If you can get a 6870, I recommend that over those 2 card you showed me. But if you can't go with the 6850. It is a performance boost over 6770.

Not to hijack but is the 6850 really that much more of a performance boost than the 6770 ? Is this an overall boost or is it something like a slight increase in FPS ? I also see that the 6870 is about $10 to $15 more than the 6850 !!

It depends on the resolution mate, I think 5-10 fps boost will be appropriate from 6770 to 6850 at the same preset (settings).

Thanks Guys Why are the prices so much different is it the Name brand? I heard allot of good things from Sapphire I'll go with the 6870. Also is this any good for CPU

AM3 Socket right? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103995 is better over to the FX-4100, worth over $15 increase.

Also make sure you have a sufficient PSU, I'd say you need a good quality PSU with 34A on the +12v Rail Like CX500 PSU.

dont get an fx 4100 get an phenom quad core they perform better then the fx 4100 i agree with refilllable that an 960t will be better and it can be unlocked to an 6six core 1065t it will be a good buy.
