First time building a PC, need advice/opinions.

So I was planning to build a new PC when Ivy Bridge gets released, but I just tried Skyrim and I get 2 fps :p so I'm thinking I just might get a PC sooner than June. My current computer is ~4.5 years old. Should I stick it out and wait for Ivy Bridge?

I have a keyboard, mouse, speakers, a 2 TB external drive, dual monitors(one 1920x1080, one 1440x900).
I'm planning to order from TiderDirect, mainly because they supposedly don't charge tax in California. Are they good to order from?

Case: Cooler Master RC-430-KWN1 Elite 430 Mid Tower ATX Case

CPU: Intel Core i5-2550K

CPU Cooling: Corsair CAFA70 A70

RAM: Crucial Ballistix 8GB DDR3-1600MHz

MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3 Intel Z68 Motherboard

GPU: Galaxy GeForce GTX 560 Ti GC Battlefield 3 Edition

HD: Corsair Force Series 3 Solid State Drive - 120GB, SATA III (6Gb/s)

DVD Drive:

OS: Win 7 64bit

Total: $950 after rebates.

This will be my first time building a PC so I want to know if I've got everything correct. I'll be using this computer for general gaming(WoW and Skyrim) and fooling around on the internet. I might attempt to overclock the i5.

Thank you.
