I7 vs. Xeon, which one of these specific cpu's should i get?

I'm building a Hackintosh computer for music recording and have been struggling to find out what the difference between these two processors really is.

Looks exactly similar to me, except for that insignificant 100MHz extra turbo on the i7

Only the "PCI Express Configurations" thingy looks different, but i don;t think that's something to worry about.

Can u find any cheap mobo's that support the Xeon chip ??
