Custom Made Fan Controller for Corsair 400R Cabinet.. Possible.??

Hi guys... I'm building a new rig and I have came stuck to a point where I ran out of ideas.

The Cabby that I have selected is Corsair 400R Mid Tower Cabinet. It has 3 built-in fans (2x120mm front, 1x120mm rear).
It has got two 120/140 mm slots on side, top and bottom.

My MoBo has 1 (Processor Fan Headers), 2 (System Fan Headers) and 1 x Power Fan Connector (1 x 3-pin)..
So I believe I can connect the 3 built-in fans to my MoBo...
And what is the use of the power fan connector...???

I would like to add 5 more fans, if possible, to maintain a good air flow..
(The extra fans that I use will be Cooler Master Silent FAN 120, Noise Level= 19.1 dB, 1200 RPM, Fan AirFlow= 44.73 CFM)...
Intake 5 (2 front + 1 bottom + 2 side)
Exhaust 3 (1 rear + 2 top)

My problem is, my PSU only has 3 Molex pins, and all these extra fans will have 3 pins and they don't come with a molex to 3-pin converter.
In order to accomodate all these fans, I will need a Molex Y splitter & 3-pin converter which sadly is not available for sale in India.

Is there a way to convert SATA pin to 3-pin, because I have 6 SATA pins and I will be using only 2... Maybe 3...

I have also thought about buying a Fan Controller... But much to my luck, none are availble in India (Only imports, which will cost a fortune)

My question is can I make one...??? Can you point me to the right links where I can find how to build a fan controller...???

(I believe, if I connect these fans direclty to the PSU, it will always run in full speed (1200rpm).. Am I correct..??)
