Hello, is Chieftec 400w (3years old) enough for amd quad-core cpu in price range of 90-120€? Other components: gpu 5670 512 mb, one hdd, one dvd, 4 gb ram and some Motherboard for 50€ dont know which one yet. Thank you...

Yes it will be sufficient for that. Expect around 200watts total system load.
