Depends on the GPU which you didn't list. Everything else is fine, even though I am not a fan of NZXT cases or CM fans it looks decent.

Oh my GPU and Power supply are the things i forgot LOL....... I have a antec 750w High Current Gamer power supply and my graphics card is a asus gtx 560ti fermi

Well, everything you listed is fairly good quality, to really know how you did we need to know what graphics card you have.
I am also fairly surprised you don't have a terra or better hdd for that price. On a personal note I think the case you choose is butt ugly but supposedly has good space and cooling so that is just your ascetics sense vs mine. Also a bit surprised you didn't get more ram.
