Maxing out Guild Wars 2

Hi guys, this is in part "theoretical" but what do you guys think I would need to make Guild Wars 2 never drop 60 fps (max about 80 since i dont want overkill, im trying to save money) with everything maxed at 1900x1200 on a 24"?

I have the 4890 and I'm thinking about upgrading to the gigabyte 6950 but, are there better options? I have an MSI g45 870 Motherboard with Crossfire capability and a 800watt gaming series corsair psu, so maybe Xfire 6870 or 6850??
