Gtx550ti vs hd 6850

i realise the 6850 has the 550ti beat but there's a special on at MSY in australia - the Gainward GTX 550Ti goes for 125 and the Powercolor HD6850 goes for 152. So which would you buy?

I should mention this is for the following system (already bought parts) and I'm looking to play BF3, GTA IV and V, Assassin's Creed 2 onwards, LA Noire, MW3, Black ops, BF Bad company, etc.... all at 1080p at at least medium-high settings (maybe no AF or AA).

Corsair 4GB DDR3

the 6850 is a lot better than the 550 ti.

the 550 ti should be priced at below $100 for its performance.
