How well do you think my computer can handle games?

I want to know you guys opinion on how well you think my pc will perform in the most intense, and the newest pc games out today. its not a BEAST computer but I consider it entry-level.

what type of games do you think my pc can handle? could it handle games like battlefield 3? because i'm planning on buying it.
What about the settings? Will I only be able to run most newer games on medium?
