T-link sound card driver for win7

Hey, If you look at the manufacturers website they should have a driver download for you.

Press Start and type "Device Manager".
Open the submenu called, "Sound, video and game controllers".
Right click your sound card and click "Update Driver Software...".

If the device isn't listed there, check the subfolder called "Other Devices".
Right click your sound card and click "Update Driver Software...".

If you get the dialogue box saying Windows has already installed the latest drivers, as silverliquicity has said, consult the manufacturer's website.
