HX750 for 2500K and GTX 560 ti.

Hi.
Corsair HX750 would be enough to power 2500K overclocked to ~4.8 GHz and GTX 560ti overclocked to 970 MHz?

it would be enough for the 2500k and two GTX560ti, all OC

If 750w more than enough maybe AX650 would be better?
Difference between HX and AX are semi modular, 80+ silver vs fully modular, 80+ gold.
At my local store HX750 and AX650 are for 170$

up to you, both are excellent PSU. you can grab the HX650 and save some cash too
