get the first one you can upgrade cpu down the track but keep in mind no overclocking with that mobo an extra 50 to 100 will make big dif can get i3 and cheap p67 but still the first option will do pretty good with most games

my pick - the 3rd one for it's pcie 3.0 capable motherboard. you can drop in a core i5 3570k later if you want.
i'd still change around some components -
psu - corsair cx 500 v2 or seasonic s12ii 520. a good psu is essential in a build with gaming gfx card or any build.
cpu - pentium g620
gfx card - asus/msi/sapphire radeon 6770. comparable performance, usually costs less.
or the first build with the above psu and a radeon 6870.

EDIT:
there are A LOT of decent H61 motherboards for cheaper. i personally like the P8H67-V because i have it and can upgrade to ivy bridge with all the bells and whistles later. GET A 7770 or better card if your gonna GAME!
(but then watch your PSU wattage if you get better).

good luck :)
