3570k To Hot?

i just got my 3570k (no overclock) and 212 EVO and installed it on my new PC build. Everything works, but when i run SpeedFan on windows 7 ultimate 64bit it gives a temperature of 39c. Is that normal or should it be cooler?

the idle temps don't matter much, but they are a bit hot, try stressing your cpu with a program like prime95 or occt, they shouldnt go much past 70C... if they go past 80C you did somthing wrong
