remove build number

How do you remove the build number from the desktop. It showed up after I
installed SP2. Rather long number and it looks sloppy..

Appreciate the help..

Go to the following website and scroll down to Line 185, left side. Click
the "Remove desktop version from desktop" link and download the file. Double
click the file and confirm the registry change.

These are not "registry hacks". The registry edits on Kelly's website are
thoroughly researched, investigated and tested before they are written or
recommended. TweakUI makes direct changes to the registry, in this case, the
same change to the same registry key.
