Graphic cards, PCI, no fan

We are seeking graphic cards for all new systems for offices use. All systems are i7 LGA1155 Intel motherboard running Windows 7 x 64bits.

We seek graphic cards to drive multiple 1080p HD LCD displays. Prefer 256MB or 512MB. PCI (not PCIe), no fan.

We want stable and solid hardware. Otherwise, support shop always gets the blame for any hiccup.

We are debating between Nvidia or Radeon, what is your take?

Hit up Newegg and their advanced search. You can search for fanless PCI cards. Here are just a couple that would certainly run under Windows 7.

HIS Radeon HD5450

Thanks. Too bad, both can ONLY drive two displays.
PNY GeForce 8400GS 512MB no fan, PCI @ $49
HIS Radeon HD 5450 512MB, no fan, PCI @ $94

would be nice if they have any graphic cards that drive 3 displays.
I through Radeon technology can drive 3 displays.
