Need Mobo/Chipset advice have bought i7-3820

Budget Range: ~£900 / $1400

System Usage: Very heavy video editing/rendering of large files in CS5 Premiere and associated programs, thats it really!

Parts Not Required: (keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS) Case, HDDs

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: As im from the UK i use Dabs.com, scan.co.uk (also use newegg for good price comparison)

Parts Preferences: by brand or type : Would like an Asus MoBo

Overclocking: Maybe

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

SLI or Crossfire: No

Hey Everybody!

I am doing a complete re-fit of my system, I have Decided on the i7-3820 and im now stuck on which Mobo preferably Asus as they have already been good for me iv looked into it already and im think probably the Asus P9X79 Pro or is it worth spending a little bit more and getting the Rampage IV Gene ??

I am also torn by the GPU's on one hand its the GTX580 or the Quadro 2000 (about the same price) just comparing spec the quadro is was worse but am i right in saying they are designed for professional designing...?

HDD i already have and was going to use them as follows:
hhd_0 - SSD 64GB system drive
hhd_1 - HDD 1TB files/documents
portable 1.5tb as backup
thought id see what you thought about that as long as i was here

Sorry i got the Mobo bit wrong old information i was working from as their differant socket types!!

My first choice is the Asus P9X79 Pro or is it worth spending a little bit more and getting the Rampage IV X79
